Only because there is no 0.
Mr Davies does not keep contact. He does not inform you of case motions, affidavits, or otherwise.
He refuses to listen to any concerns. I asked for my court paperwork and hes hung up on me. He rarely shows up to court and rarely gives any direction to respective lawyers in your case because he wont return your phone calls.
When he does he will not allow you to speak. As he does the same if you're lucky enough to get an actual appointment in his office.
This man isnt a lawyer. He lives on legal aid.
Because legal aid doesnt allow you to switch lawyers. He relys on that.
I'm not a bitter loser. I won my case. But I did it alone by being in court while he didnt show up. And answering to the judge myself.
Please dont make this mistake.
