He responds to all emails & telephone calls in a timely manner.

Professional, efficient and honest. He is very helpful. He is upfront is his payment structure. The cost for a lawyer could drag on and deplete all of your money but thankfully he is up front. There is a 1 star review below and it appears to have misinformation or the person is misinformed. After dealing with several lawyers, I would know that it is actually better to be told the total flat amount than to not know what the payments will come to. It means it’s a flat fee monthly let’s say. Some lawyers go by the hour and that’s what you wouldn’t want. Hopefully that explains the misinformed 1 star below.

And if I might give advice to a person who is unsure of hiring Dave - you should! If you’re thinking that your case isn’t that bad or serious and you don’t need a lawyer, I can guarantee that you need one and that the outcome will be significantly better for your case if you hire one like Dave.

If the upfront cost scares you like it did for the 1 star man below, note that an hour by hour lawyer can easily go above that amount and then it’s out of your control.

I had tremendous help from Matthew Wolfson, a very professional attorney who specializes in domestic violence cases.

Without his help my innocence would have been lost to the prosecutor and I’ll now live without freedom.

I tried to retain David Anber. He wanted $33k, just to take on a simple case. “Delusions of grandeur”? He’s no Greenspan… pass

Most lawyers take a reasonable retainer fee, then work by the hour. $7500 per hearing day? We hadn’t even had a phone consultation and he decided the case warranted $33k. What’s your hourly rate - $1000?
(Note that he never heard the details of the case, nor did he address his exorbitant fees. $33,000 at $7500 per hearing?) My 1 star rating stands)
