If I could do ZERO stars, I would!!! Took over 4 weeks to process; they never called and said they did and left a voicemail (they did not!). I was concerned first of all because my paperwork “was filed wrong” and it couldn’t be found when I picked it up. They misspelled my name on my return envelope. Just now called they did not submit to CRA until over a week after I paid. DO NOT USE DANG & Company. No customer service and they are slow!!!

Took almost three weeks for them to even do my taxes, then when I went to pay they made a huge mistake then after I had paid it’s been over a week and they still haven’t sent them into cra and when I called they couldn’t even give me an answer as to why they haven’t sent them in. Not only that but the price has doubled. Will not be going again, when it was cjr everything was done within a couple days. These guys have no clue what they are doing.
