I couldn’t be more pleased with Tyson’s work and understanding of the law. I was Given an IRS penalty from the police and I knew as I was leaving the police station that they made serious errors. With only a 7 day timeline to appeal it was difficult to find a solution forward while dealing with the stress of losing my license. I received a IRS fail for the second time. I felt that the police were over stepping there power and picking on the less fortunate people that sometimes don’t have the means or the money to pay for a lawyer that can fight back. I phoned around at first and talked to a few lawyers and didn’t feel comfortable paying them 1000 to 1500 just to talk to them. Then I called Dahlem Criminal Defence and talked to Tyson , right from the start he was straight forward told me my option's, arguments that we could present.
