EDIT. I am not angry, I just believe that level of communication needs were different to be sure. We all strive for 100% and I have no doubt you are that and then some. Please do not be horrified, remain humble and continue to take care of your customers as you have. Levels of expectation differ, I just didn't feel as tho it was represented well to me that is all. I have changed the 'star value' however as your reply is greatly appreciated and I thank you for that, that in and of itself shows your good nature.

Well there are many positive reviews, I did not have the same experience here.
I met with the tax preparer to discuss my business and the conversation was neutral as one would expect.
I left there somewhat hesitant that my small business tax would be done even tho I did ask about the software we use and I was told that the tax preparer had knowledge of this.
I then emailed the tax prepared 5-days later for follow up to see if there was any other information required and did not hear anything. I waited another 3 days and called in but was met with a somewhat vague and terse response that the tax preparer was quite busy and that another 'few days' would be necessary. Well it's been another week and still no response, no updates, etc.
My approach is this, IF the tax preparers are super inundated I get that, but tell me that so I can thank them for their time and move on to a company that can do this. I get it, we're all busy but in 2024 we have email, text, cell, instant messenger, you get my point there is not a reason in the world to not be in touch or advise this is not an area one may be comfortable with. I believe T4's are easy, perhaps mine was not.

Best taxi guy out by far. He was really nice and didn't charge me much to get to the woodlands to 1960 and took me back home. He showed up in 15 mins from the time I called him for pick up location. Very reliable! If your looking for a taxi this is the guy!💯👌👍

If I could give it more stars I would! Barb has been absolutely amazing. She's helped us fix the issues with my fiance's taxes from way back in 2009 and she's helped me catch up on my own taxes. She's a life-saver! If you need anything done, go to CVS. I will never do my own taxes, ever again. Customer for life.
