I have had such a positive experience with Custom Flooring. Stella helped me find a floor that I absolutely love! Curtis came out to do some measurements and work out and estimate. He answered all my questions and concerns. The team that came out to install my flooring were fantastic! Michael and Daryl are polite and friendly. Their attention to detail was over the top. They are meticulous. Thank you so much for all your hard work. I would highly recommend this company and I will be calling them for my next project!

I've always heard great and looked up to this business but my experience has been less than par. First time we walked in, we looked and felt quite comfortable even if both ladies working did not acknowledge us until I gave no choice with my questions. We got an estimate. Super professional. 2 weeks later I'm asking for estimate as it wasn't received and lady on the phone was maybe overwhelmed or... At the end of convo I asked for 2 different estimates with different scenarios which I was to receive by end of day. 5 days later I email for status. She had no idea what I was referring to. I clarified with another email. 4 days later. Still nothing.

Grunthal flooring is my only choice for flooring and tiles. I have worked with them on numerous projects over the years including carpet, tiles, and luxury vinyl flooring and I have always had a very positive experience. They have a huge selection, at comparable prices to the big box stores and Stella is fantastic to work with. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the product and installation. I would highly recommend Grunthal flooring to anyone!
