I lost heat in one of the zones in my house as I have a boiler system. Randy was able to send out Everett within a couple of days. I have had this same problem with this zone in the past so I know what time it should have taken and the parts required.
Unfortunately Everett make a small mistake that requires a few extra hours and a few hundred dollars in parts to be replaced.
They accepted that it was their mistake and only charged me for the labour and parts that it should have taken.
Otherwise Everett worked diligently and cleaned up the area when finished. Great job.
This was the first time I used Cross Country Mechanical and will certainly use them next time.

The igniter failed on our furnace on a Sunday in January. Cross Country answered the phone and had someone call back quickly. Ben set us up with the parts, at a very reasonable price, to get the furnace running again. Top notch service, highly recommend.

My new A/C unit was installed and tested in under 5 hours. sTheir finished work quality is the cleanest I've ever seen. My air conditioner failed yesterday afternoon. I called Cross Country at 8:40am on a Saturday and they took my service request with no problem. At 10:05am the same day, Ben was at my house and quickly found out it was a faulty capacitor. He had the replacement part in his truck and got my air conditioner back running in no time. I asked him to look at my humidifier which has been a pain for me over they years and a replacement last year had quickly failed. As luck would have it, it started working when Ben started to check it and it appears it was a loose wire in one of the twist connectors for the wiring. While looking at the furnace he spotted my Lennox high efficiency furnace had a non-approved black exhaust pipe leading the exhaust from the furnace to the side of the house. He showed me how the glue on the joints could degrade over the years and eventually cause a carbon monoxide leak. He showed me a spot on a joint where the glue had started to turn from green to orange, so the degradation had started. We have therefore requested a follow up visit for this firm to replace the 30 feet of exhaust pipe up to current code/standards. Overall, we are very pleased with the service, pricing and professionalism with this company.

This was our first experience installing an AC in the home we purchased in AB. I will say not only were they quick and on time always, they were true professionals. From the amazing lady who answered the phone down to the installation there were no issues. Within five days of my call, I am a happy wife and nice and cool.

I have to add to this post. Yesterday we had a slight gas leak and caused us a few side affects. We and others left our home quickly. A call was made to Randy and it was dealt with quickly, and communication was continuous. A gas heater that was here upon purchase of our home was leaking which was not installed by this company. The part is ordered and we feel safe again in our home. Thank you sincerely Randy, Chris and all the team for your service.

If I could give Cross Country Mechanical a rating of 10 stars, I would. Randy and everyone at Cross Country Mechanical went beyond our expectations. We experienced a Code 31 error, contacted Randy and our mystery problem solving began. Over a 2 week period, we met several members of Randy's team. Our furnace would work for a day or two and then stop. Always a Code 31 error. Randy and his team would meet to discuss solutions to our problem, come back and try another fix. Because of these meetings, they discovered a solution and our furnace has been working great ever since. Every single member we met or didn't meet were super friendly, professional, very knowledgeable in explaining everything to us, showed up extremely fast and were tidy. Thank you so very much for displaying exceptional customer service and exceptional communication. Randy, Charlene, Chris, Kyle, Jordan, David, Everett, Brad and everyone behind the scenes, thank you all for being patient and so determined in fixing our furnace.

If it wasn't for reviews on Google, I would never have found Cross Country Mechanical. It's because of these reviews I got a good feeling about the company and I'm so very happy to have found them. I would recommend Cross Country Mechanical to everyone!
