Don't use this lawyer never returns calls for months. Allowed the executor liquidated the assets without any appraisals or accountable for value of the assets to the beneficiaries. Said he didn't get involved with this. We'll who does if not the estate lawyer to advise the executor to return the assets to the estate and prove their value. Every estate I have heard of the lawyers advise was to have everything accountable with appraisal to be accountable to the beneficiaries. Would never recommend this lawyer to anyone

Will never use this law office again, or recommend to a friend.

My wife and I had a wrongful dismissal case inJanuary 2023 with a group from work. We were to be billed as a group. When we received the final bill, my wife and I were billed individually. The other members were billed the group rate. At no time did we leave the group or waste any of the lawyer’s time.

The group rate was half of what my wife and myself paid each. My wife and I had been trying to sort it out since November 2023 and couldn’t get a straight answer from the lawyer. Since he initially took his fee from our settlement, we were at his mercy. In April 2024, after constantly reaching out to him, we were issued a refund for some of the over charge. It was a take it or leave it, no negotiation. Lawyer’s communication was non apologetic and unprofessional the last few emails.

My wife and I each overpaid $250 plus tax, more than the other group members. But given no choice, had to take it at that point.

I initially thought it was a simple billing error and one call would fix the billing issue. That was definitely not the case.
