Avoid this office at all costs. I've had the unfortunate experience of meeting Helena Guergis, a former politician from Ontario, who was forced to resign after an investigation by the RCMP due to her conduct. She then filed a frivolous lawsuit and lost.

This is no surprise, as in my experience with Helena, she has shown to have absolutely no morals and is an absolute liar. She is incompetent and doesn't know the proper documents and proceedures, causing increased legal costs due to her actions.

She has outstanding complaints with the Alberta law society over her conduct.

Did not even know how to do a power of attorney. I had to get the actual Alberta Law off the internet. The receptionist basically tried to get us to do the opposite of what we wanted AND we paid for their services. The advice the 'receptionist' gave me could have ruined our lives... To this day I still did not get a call back from them. The most despicable experience I've personally had with these 'people'. They should not be in this business if I have to write the document myself... Ineptitude is a gentle word... 1 star is too good.

This lawyer only wants your money. He will extend your case as long as he possibly can. do everything the hard and more expensive way no matter how unnecessary. He does not care about good intentions seems to lack in morals and integrity. Worst of all Unsure if he was insulting my intelligence or if he was being prejudiced because my dark skin he assumed I was not educated. Oh llall interactions have been unpleasant, unorganized, unnecessary and inconvenient if you want to be taken seriously in the court room do not hire this man he could care less about helping you he only wants your money
