Needed an opinion on right of ways. Had meeting with Stewart for an hour and he gave his opinion. Charged $400.00 for the hr which I thought was high but we got what we needed. Asked a few weeks later to have his opinion put into a letter form. Got the info along with a bill for 15 hrs to write the letter and $3000.00 with a courtesy discount of $1300.00 so he figures his letter is worth almost $4000.00!

With this kind of attitude and contempt, it makes me wonder if his opinion is even valid?
Asked another lawyer and they were appalled at the cost of such info.
