I have nothing but amazing things to say about Stephanie Smith. Even though she wasn’t able to represent me (jurisdictional issue) she did an amazing job at providing independent legal advice while she worked with me. She is very down to earth, confident, straight to the point, knows what she’s doing, resourceful and kept me grounded throughout the emotional turbulence of my family law issue. I wish she could have gone to the end of it with me, but she left me in good hands and helped me find said good hands. I would 100% recommend her services to anyone in need of a family lawyer or even for independent legal advice. Thank you, Stephanie!

My experience was horrible with Giuliana. She was definitely a push over from the otherside and convinced me to take every single offer they pushed for. Not once did she push back. She didn't represent well.. because of her my breastfeeding journey ended earlier than doctor recommended. She also didn't care that my ex was charged with assaulting me while 7 months pregnant and there was a restraining order in place. She acted like none of that mattered.

I came to this firm based off a highly rated recommendation. The referral came for Megan and through a miscommunication I ended up with Stephanie unfortunately.

I booked an initial consultation and after she spoke about absolutely nothing, wasting my time and telling me to give up my case, she charged me $620+.

I paid her and sent her the documents she wanted to review my case. She struggled to open the documents for almost 3 days, as she clearly isn't technically inclined, so I just sent her the actual PDFs. She claimed to have reviewed them, but clearly based off her email, she only read one side and proceeded to tell me to give up and settle and give my ex wife everything again. I had previously settled with my ex wife and gave her hundreds of thousands intiially, but she came back 3 years later demanding more money. Call it what you want.

Anyway, Stephanie is a terrible lawyer, she gives the worst advice, the worst recommendations and expects you to give up everything. I don't know how she treats her female clients, but that's how I was treated. I was left with $620+ out of pocket, the absolute worst advice I have ever received in my life and a bad vibe against the entire firm. She proceeded to tell me how bad my current lawyer is either as a strategy or to cover up her lack of knowledge and experience. Stephanies focus on the call was will I have enough money to pay her bills... Once again, She clearly lacks the skill and knowledge and is in it only or quick cash grab.

Please save your time and money and look elsewhere. You would be better off self representating then going with Stephanie. I hope this helps some people out, saves them money, time and a headache. I will repeat stay far far away from Stephanie.
