Damian is the best Paralegal i have ever seen.
He goes out of the way to answer the questions. This guy is awesome when it comes to replying the email. No matter if it's a working day or holiday. Our LTB hearing is coming in a week and he makes us very comfortable with the procedure.

Hearing Update: Damian solved the problem before the hearing occurred and we made a deal with the landlord.
On hearing day he was able to get the eviction order suspended and we are really happy.
Damian worked on our file on new year day and even replied to my emails on midnight.
