I recently had to work with Consolidated for an eviction on Vancouver Island, as the only other bailiff service in the area was unresponsive to phone calls and emails. The bailiff Consolidated used for the eviction was excellent—professional, personable, and efficient. However, it is important to note that he operates independently from Consolidated.

Initially, Consolidated was helpful and forthcoming with information. However, once the official eviction process began, their communication became extremely difficult. It was challenging to get any updates, and they were unresponsive to voicemail messages. I often had to call multiple times before reaching a person. When I did get through, the staff either lacked the necessary information or were unable to locate it.

Following the eviction, it took nearly a month to receive the final invoice. I only obtained it after proactively calling to request it. During that conversation, the representative was apologetic and informed me that I would be receiving a credit. However, an hour later, I received an email instead requesting additional payment, which was both confusing and frustrating.

Overall, my experience with Consolidated was disappointing due to their poor communication and lack of follow-through. If you have other options, I would recommend considering them.

Richard, Gaby, Mark and their team amazingly made the tenant comply and cooperate with them.
Richard kept me updated step by steps and that’s a big relief since I got panic attack that day. When Richard called me and let me know things done come pick up the keys, I burst into tears……they are my life saver……truly amazing and saved me from all my anxiety depression stress panic attacks….finally I had a sound sleep that I could not have for months……

I was in between 2 bailiff companies and I am so glad I went with consolidated. I had Rob and Richard as my bailiffs. They protected me through the process and executed the eviction very effectively. They were kind, professional, and fast. The moving company they work with is also great. Gaby at the office is friendly and understanding as well. She walked me through everything I was confused about with patience. This eviction was one of my biggest hardships in life. Having experienced and kind people on my side was the difference maker. I can't thank them enough with my words. Highly Highly recommend them. If I ever need an eviction done again (hopefully not) I will choose them in a heart beat.

To my surprise in received a WhatsApp message from the bookkeeper where I contract out, at a very sizeable amount of money annually. She sent me a pic of a business card belonging to Ken Shaw (court Bailiff). It seems that Mr. Shaw decided to come to my place of work to discuss a piece of machinery that was leased thru CWB by a company that an ex girlfriend owns. I am not title owner of the lease, of the company and have zero affiliations with neither the company nor the owner. None the less rather than calling me, emailing me he decided to attempt to embarrass me at my work place. When I followed up with a phone call I was met with a very aggressive individual that did not care if I was owner or not but that as far as he knew I was aware of the whereabouts go the assets and when I asked him to calm down he responded with " you're one of them". Well Mr. Shaw, I am not one of them, I do NOT owe you or anyone else. money for a lease or anything else and your presence is no longer welcome anywhere near me, I have also followed up with my attorney to ensure that further harassment from you or Consolidated cases immediately. I immigrated to this country, I pay my taxes and own my home and I will NOT be bullied because you know the English language better than me. I am available anytime to receive an apology Mr. Shaw, do your job but don't step on innocent peoples toes to get there!

I highly recommend consolidated bailiffs civil enforcement as they helped me with an extremely challenging case and resolved it to the highest standard. Forever grateful to Rob and especially Gabby, I really felt like she was rooting for me!

Of course, no one wants to have to go the route of getting a bailiff when it comes to stubborn tenants. However, I had the pleasure of working with Gaby! And she was very helpful, and super accommodating with me and my property manager! All around a great experience with them when dealing with nightmare tenants.
