Very poor. Paid for Nina to review the condo docs for the building and she did not mention that smoking was allowed in the building. In 2024 it's extremely rare for a building to allow smoking. Therefore this is something that should have very obviously been flagged by them. I would have been better off reviewing the docs myself and not paying cdic. No apology given for the terrible service. No money back. She even had the gall to say they recommend everyone read the docs themselves. Really? So what am I paying you for then? Imagine someone cleaning your house and then telling you you should also be cleaning your house after to make sure it's actually clean. Wild response and shows zero professional integrity.

All I was looking for was an acceptance of fault and an apology and I couldn't get either. It's too bad because now when friends purchase a condo or townhouse I will actively steer them away from Nina and cdic.

My lawyer and realtor were absolutely astounded as well. Very surprised at how a condo review company could miss something so important.

Cdic you need to be better than this. Your lack of quality control causes real harm.
