I'd give a better review if I could but after calling in different days only to listen to the elevator music while on hold, I don't even know if this place actually exists or if anyone works there. Apparently they have been in town forever but who knows. And if they won't answer the phone then I dunno how I'd ever get the item I need repaired back so I'm just going to buy a new laptop instead of trying to keep giving this place my business. Weird flex when people call your business to ignore them. Only tried coming here because they are the authorized HP repair centre in the area.

I hope your customer service is better then whomever drives the white hatchback with your company name on it. I have seen this vehicle on County road 27 and Salem road in Barrie countless time. And every time they are aggressively passing, speeding and tail gating like they are late to work every morning. Please share the road!

But their speed is super slow and useless now. But that's Bell throttling everyone down to get them to switch to Bell Fibe.
Which isn't available at my house. They stopped 1 km down the street.
But Compu-Solve has great people that try really hard

Went in to see if I could get my phone unlocked, when I walked in the guy working the desk was on a personal call. After standing there for 5 minutes he hung up the phone angry than started to help me out. He was rude and clearly annoyed. Had to go to another store for them to explain to me how to actually unlock the phone. Terrible customer service.
