The building manager is an absolute nightmare!!! I got evicted because my apartment got broken into and I was screaming for help and instead of calling the police when they should have they called THE BUILDING MANAGER TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE NOISE

Oh my goodness I can’t say enough wonderful things about this office. They provide much needed support community members need. The advocacy department (Charlotte) is a gift from above. She is amazing. I love her. She’s helpful, she’s knowledgeable, she’s professional and oh so sweet. She is also a gifted artist.
I am thankful she’s helping my family. She is amazing.

Me and my kids really like and enjoy this place. Tatiana and Sam are amazing ! We know Tatiana for many years. She is such a great person! She is creating very welcoming and engaging enviroment for everybody. My kids always feel very happy to spend their time at family place .

Beautiful facility many incredible people work out of here. Front desk is always welcoming and lovely. Tatiana from family place has treated me poorly on several occasions. It floors me that such a cold person runs a children’s program. Ccrr is amazing and very interactive and I am blessed to have programs that run out of other facilities. Joanne, Anita and Coalene have always been outstanding and helped me through my motherhood journey.

Wow! Just found this place recently and am surprised at all the support services they offer. Their advocates are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We accessed their services for legal advocacy when dealing with a difficult landlord. The advocate set up the hearing conference call on her phone and she gave me tips throughout the session. We won the claim and the landlord had to pay money he owed me. I’m very grateful to this agency and all that they provide.

NIce new building that I waited patiently for four years to get into and passed all the levels for that to happen. They totally gave me the impression that I got a place as they did many people from what I understand but I did not. I felt discriminated against because of where I live now and need to get out of. They denied this but another tenant in my building got the newspaper and a lawyer involved saying the same thing and all of a sudden he was offered a suite that he was denied at first but I just got passed by and should have been transferred into this building through BC Housing. These Societies that say they are non - profit are not and they do not really do what the community wants or expects them to.
