Very rude , very unprofessional, very wired, I called them to ask if they can help me with something, one guy answered, directly he said I cannot talk to you I'm gonna close the line and booooh, they closed the line I called him I told him what is the problem just tell me so I can understand why you ca not help me he says I'm going to cut the line (sir) I cannot help you , I did not completed one sentence of my issue ,, seriously very very wired and the problem that a friend of mine ask me to contact them so they can help me with my issue I have never been into such situation for the person talking not logic nonsense unclear rude what happened with me today, very bad rating , very bad experience

This company provides extremely poor service; they do not conduct any screening for low-income groups whatsoever. Even after presenting them with evidence, they remain unresponsive. I have reported them to the Department of Justice, but I have not received any response. I am unsure of any avenues to restrain their violations, as they continue to waste taxpayer money. It is also unfair to those donors who intended their contributions to assist low-income groups. Opportunities for genuinely low-income individuals are diminishing, which is also unfair

Terrible law office, they mentioned to provide free legal aid for low income population. but they do not do any confirmation to verify clients' low income status. It is unfair for all real low income persons. When I asked their supervising lawyer, he mentioned they do not get fund from goverment. But on the website, they get big fund from the provicial goverment. completely lie. That means they steal money from the government and all taxpayers.

I asked a rep who answered my phone what services you offered to people. I said about child support and She said “ we never practiced that here anymore”. She hung up the call and I was confused she couldn’t even answered my question just to hung up is the best way for her to do.
