I reached out for help in February after a sexual assault by a neighbour. The only response I received was an email:
“ Thanks for sharing this. Please update me after sending to him. My intern will call to set up an appointment with you sometime.”
It is now May. “Sometime” never happened.
I’m extremely disappointed in this agency and their ethics.
*Update*
Seems they don’t read their own reviews. I’m still waiting on “sometime” - any response at all.

I am impressed with how passionate the staff at this organization is, and how hard they work to bring their mission to the community. We are lucky to have organizations like this in the area.

Went here yesterday for a very important meeting with other tenant in my building to resolve things. 1. Jason lied to me on the phone saying other tenant wants a person to person meeting I agreed. Well show up here to find out other tenant isnt here. This was a set up and Jason didnt want to take anything I said to heart. Didnt want to see my photos about the other tenant . I want to report him to his boss for the lure in and lied. I'm not impressed and walked out not 5 mins in to the meeting. This tenant is problems with his friends . Jason said he cant do anything for me. Thank u sir for wasting my time and my day off.
