Wouldn’t even attempt to take passport photos of our baby. Made several excuses why they couldn’t do it. Don’t advertise a service if you refuse to do it.

Using this place is not worth the ridiculous cost or the headache that will come later Last year I used Commissionaires to get fingerprinting, criminal record check and to help fill out a name change application. During the process I was told that they had been sending the fingerprints in the wrong format for name changes and so people were having to come back and get them redone. In that same sentence I was reassured that they had fixed all the kinks and that would not be the case for my application. I got charged an arm and a leg for the whole process and then got a phone call from Vital Statics months later saying the format was wrong and I needed to get my fingerprints done again. When I called Commissionaires explaining the situation they told me without proof that they were in the wrong I would have to pay the full price again when I was told originally that I wouldn't be in this situation. A year later I am dealing with these problems in my application. I will never go back and I highly recommend using anywhere else.

Worst place for any service. The employee who was taking the photos were not professional. He was not wearing a mask while taking the picture of a new born. Looks like they don't want to work instead they just want to relax without doing any job. Not sure if there are any supervisors who is seeing this review. If there was a 0 option I would rather give that. Pathetic service.....

I was here fpr First Aid training-nothing spectacular about the location but the instructor (Ron West) was PHENOMENAL!
