Comfort Pro has been my go to Heating provider for a number of years. Their Service Techs have come to my rescue a couple of times in the middle of the night in the freezing cold and each time they were friendly, conscientious and professional.
It was a no brainer for me to choose Comfort Pro to replace my furnace. They did not let me down.

I've relied upon Comfort Pro for a couple of emergency calls for suspected gas leak (once with stove another time furnace) over the past two years. Both times, they were at my place within an hour, professional, knowledgeable and had all required tools in hand avoiding wasted time to go back to the shop. They quickly found problem and replaced suspect gas line fittings, fixing the issue. Just note: emergency after-hours calls aren't exactly cheap; but they do come out and quickly.

Allan was prompt and courteous at the service appointment. I explained that the furnace sometimes did not fire up when I turned up the thermostat. He immediately identified the issue with the gas valve. It needs replacing and also the propane conversion kit was not installed properly. So he was going to quote that separately. A job well done!

Our experience with Comfort Pro Ltd. was excellent. We initially dealt with a service technician (Allen) who was extremely thorough in his investigation. It was determined that we needed a new furnace so we then worked with a sales manager (Steve) who came to our house and went over all the options for our furnace purchase. Finally, we had two very professional installers (Riley and Aiden) remove and install our new furnace over a period of roughly two days. We would highly recommend Comfort Pro to anyone in need of furnace maintenance or installation!

Excellent service .. always punctual and I was contacted whenever anyone was coming to my house. A new heat pump was installed outdoors even during very heavy winter weather. Would highly recommend Comfort Pro.
