I discovered that my residential property was within a "Environmental Sensitive zone" when I applied for a building permit for my new shed. Columbia Environmental provided exceptional service in assessing my property and providing the reporting required by the district to show that there is no negative impact with the proposed construction. Graham was able to complete the work rapidly and at a very reasonable cost.
I would highly recommend their services for any site review required.
