Good gym spot if you don't mind younger people taking too long on equipment cause they are on their phone or taking selfies. After 8m is generally a good time.

It is a great place for weekend activities such as hockey, ringette, the libary, and random events such as cat shows and job fairs. I usually come during the weekend and avoid the weekdays.

During the week, it can be super busy with the local school students. I never had a problem with the local youth despite some of the other reviews.

It would be nice if there were more bus routes around, though.

Here is an honest 1 star review for all to see.. this is the customer service I get after registering my son for summer camp at Cole Harbour Place. The camp was not for him and I requested a refund as per their policy. I have yet to get my money refunded and I've been in there 3 times already in the last week alone.
Very unprofessional and not a good environment to leave your kids. Try it and ask your kids how the day went.. but when you ask for your money back expect a long wait. Abbey is supposed to be in a position of power and I don't see how she is competent in her duties at that facility. The counter staff laughed in agreement as well. They did their job and I did mine.. for some reason she asked me my availability and then 2 minutes later I can't get it? Ridiculous

Edit done August 28, 2024:
I just got my cheque today. 4 weeks after I asked for my money back. While leaving the building I noticed a bunch of unattended chemicals left by the public stairs. These chemicals are for industrial flooring and surfaces of concrete. They are just sitting by the stairs for kids or anyone to play with. Not a good spot to leave your kids in this building and clearly not a good place to spend money.

Great pool! There's a toddler littke pool, then a shallow child pool with mushroom fountains, in water benches, a great spacious hot tub, a deep pool with lanes, a and a great big swirly slide. LOVE THIS POOL!!!

I had my daughters birthday party here in December 2024. The kids went swimming ( while it was open to the public) and had a private room upstairs to host her party in. The room came with a fridge, sink, some dishes, cupboards/counter, and lots of tables/chairs. The only thing I disliked was that when everyone was swimming, the room was locked by staff ( which is a good thing as there was things left in there) but when I discovered it locked, I went downstairs to the only staff I saw at the pool desk and asked if they could unlock. She said she'd inform someone for Mr abd to go wait upstairs by room. Waited 20 minutes, had to go back and make sure I WATCHED her call someone to unlock which cut into the time I rented the room for AND it wouldn't be a big deal I I didn't have 11 wet hungry excited children waiting to get some food and cake 😆

Great facility. Could use a larger parking lot down by the ice rinks and wider parking spots so kids with hockey bags can walk between the vehicles.

I spend my mornings here in the gym before school, and I must say the up and downstairs portions are VERY well kept, it’s a very good environment and I would recommend that anyone looking to weight lift or loose fat should get a membership.
