Don’t the name fool you! Dr Tracy Payne is very kind and wonderful to work with! It’s a pleasure to be her patient and after two sessions my pain has significantly decreased (so far!).

Dr Payne was extremely patient and detailed in her examination and took the time to provide me a detailed description of my issues and made thoughtful suggestions of treatment plans, durations, adjustments, and exercises to strengthen contributing muscle groups.

The office space is clean and welcoming, and Dr Payne’s treatment room is neat and organized. Their sanitization efforts between clients is evident, which I personally really appreciate.

The clinic’s prices are fair and reasonable (they also direct bill insurance and offer email receipts for those who prefer to bill for themselves).

My only suggestions for improvement would be:

- to consider upgrading the chairs in the lobby and offices as, personally, my reason for going is pain. Those chairs are hard plastic and I didn’t find them comfortable. Perhaps this is only a personal opinion, but maybe something to consider.

- installation of a sign on the ceiling to direct people to the washroom. The receptionists probably have to repeat themselves often to describe where the washrooms are to patients, and I don’t like the idea of someone wandering the halls, looking for the bathroom, and potentially overhearing treatment.

I can't say enough good things about Cole Harbour chiropractic! Dr Steve is amazing. He has helped me improve my quality of life after suffering a back injury. If you are dealing with any kind of an injury to your joints; back, neck anything I'd highly recommend going here.
