Outstanding. We are lucky to have a company like this in Truro. I’m not very tech savvy and I like my five year-old iPhone 13. The battery was going bad. I went to see Steve and I said either change the battery or sell me a refurbished phone. Steve went into the phone and told me there’s nothing wrong with it other than the battery. It’s so nice to have someone you can trust. He put a new battery in it for less than $100 .

As someone who has repaired their own phone screen before, it can take time, patience, watching many youtube tutorials, and a lot of general know how if you want to not spend at least 2 hours (easily) on any particular model.

Steve has owned this shop for awhile, and every interaction has been very pleasant and informative. He knows I like to talk tech and will educate me about the inner details of the phone hardware/software-drivers, which is super refreshing to have someone care about their knowledge base in an ever growing knowledge-based profession.

Steve's service is worth every bit of value, and he clearly cares about the clients.

I had broken the back glass of my phone a few months ago and I had gone to him, he fixed it under like maybe 30 mins and he changed my screen protector for free. I just went in again because my power button was broken and wouldn’t click or turn on/off, he fixed it in like 10 minutes.

Needed a screen replacement for my Samsung S22 Ultra so I went in and ordered the part, expecting to have to pay before ordering the part but was informed that the part would be ordered, then I would be called to be informed the part was in and it would be replaced on my phone before being expected to pay. If I did not show up to pay that I would not get my phone back which was more than fair! Price was $425 including tax and labor, the screen is of great quality my phone is in better shape than when I brought it in and I had my phone back in an hour. Customer service was pleasant and efficient, would most certainly recommend to anyone! 😊
