I’ve been trying to book an appointment for simple document certification since July.

6 months of calling, leaving messages, sending e-mails with no response to book an appointment. Their receptionist has changed 2-3 times in this period and I keep getting sent to voicemails where my messages are not returned.

Disappointed as I was referred to them for indigenous law matters.

2025/01/06 *** finally reached a person by phone and they said they are not taking any new work because they are too busy. Don’t bother considering their firm as they are “too busy” for new clients and when you leave them messages they don’t call back. Was told they called me in November, which is one of the many times I called them back and left them messages that they never returned. What a waste of time. Should have just simply said they weren’t taking on new clients 6 months ago instead of playing games and wasting my time
