Cobbett & Cotton Law Corporation is a great Law office to use. I have used them for the last 25 years for real estate transactions in Burnaby, BC. They performed title updates and changes, handled end-to-end property purchases and sales, and provided legal advice on many unique and complex property transfer issues I faced over the last few years.
Special callout to Michael Lam, Lawyer, and Kayla Kwan, Legal Assistant, who are great to work with. They are very straightforward, efficient, and approachable.

Over 20 years ago we had our conveyancing done for our first and only home purchase by this firm. It was the first experience we'd ever had with lawyers and they were a block from home. We wanted to make them our family firm. Over the years we've tried to contact them about various matters: setting up trusts; writing wills; and most recently selling our home. Do you think we can get anyone to call us back? Nope. Not ever. Multiple occasions. They never put you through to someone who can talk to you and it's always "that person is away from their desk or out of the office and will call you back" but nope. Honestly, I don't know how they stay in business. Reading some of the other reviews, I think we dodged a bullet.
