Above and Beyond!!
My friend & I got a flat tire on our RV on the remote road to Port Alice late in the afternoon. Although we don't live here and don't have insurance through Coastal, Laura Chase warmly welcomed me into her office and assisted me with arranging for a tow truck through our insurance company. The office closed shortly after I arrived, but Laura not only stayed overtime, but drove me back to my vehicle out towards Port Alice. She was a godsend and deserves all the good karma coming her way. Words cannot express our gratitude to her.(and to James/Tamara from Port McNeill, who stopped to help us and bring me to Laura's office). Compassion and humanity gratefully accepted, thank you! 😀
