To say I received excellent service would be an understatement. Not only was the entire team extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were also fast, accurate and willing to assist with any questions and concerns I had.

I have brought my car to another auto shop in a different location multiple times the past year to figure out where a noise was coming from and how to get it to stop. The shop assured me it was nothing pressing and was just a plate, it was never fixed.

I went in to get my tires changed last week and mentioned this noise and left with the noise FINALLY gone and a beautiful set of tires.

I have officially changed where I will be getting work done to my SUV.

Phenomenal service. I’ve noticed a huge difference in the atmosphere in there and the service, it’s been much better the last few months. Everyone in there is so kind and helpful. Whenever you have questions or need help, there’s always someone there who is more than happy to help you. I’ve noticed that my vehicle gets taken into the shop much faster/closer to the appointment time than it has before! Overall, I’ve noticed many improvements to the customer service and the overall experience I have with Coast Tire. Will definitely be taking my vehicles there for every service from now on!

Have been here for tires and most recently for an MVI which I did not pass. The part I required and labour's was going to cost me close to $1700 but thankfully they found a non dealer part which than cost me close to $600... so beyond happy with the price and service. Also discovered I was able to use my CAA card too for added discount. Staff have been super friendly also which wins me over. Totally recommend.

Went in because my alternator was gone. I told Them that and I’m not no mechanic I’m a carpenter anyway they ran their diagnostics test then called me saying I need a new battery alternator belt and belt tensioner. I’m like OK makes sense but they wanted to charge me $1400 so I told him to pull my car out cause Ill take it somewhere else cause that’s crazy, anyway I decided to do it myself ordered an alternator, battery, belt and belt tensioner for $500 and did the job in half an hour once again I’m not a mechanic so I’m sure they could do a lot quicker than half hour so for under half an hour of work they wanted to charge me $900 in labour pretty much and on top of that, my father went in to pick up the keys for the car cause I was away at work they then told him they ran a diagnostics test for an hour and a half to figure out the problem but they’d only charge me for an hour and it cost $145. Once again I’m not a mechanic but I knew it was the alternator right away and you’re telling me it took them an hour and a half to figure out what was wrong, not just that, but they lied to my Father by saying they’d worked on it for an hour and a half yet they called me at 8:52 52 minutes after their shop opens and told me what happened so they lied about it being an hour and a half at the most it was 52 minutes, which is still insane for a diagnostic test my family has brought them plenty of business throughout the years and I’ve told them all to find a new place which is 11 less cars that the shop is going to get for regular maintenance, saved myself $900, Will never go back.

Had our appointment cancelled at the last minute due to one of their mechanic's family situation. They kept our vehicle inside and got us in the next day, good service and reasonable price for new tires. Have dealt with them before and would recommend.

Used to be trustworthy but nothing but a Bunch of lying unprofessional crooks now. went in for an mvi and was told I needed to bunch of work pass inspection. Went to another garage for a second opinion and there was no issue.

Was driving from Cape Breton to Ontario and had to make an emergency stop due to a slow leak. The staff were extremely helpful and did the best they could to temporarily fix the tire so that we can get to the nearest dealer that sold the tire we required, since Coast tire New Glasgow did not have it in stock. After all the work they did, they did not even want to charge us!!!!
Would highly recommend this place for their customer service, friendliness and thoughtful service!!!

Always great service! Use these guys a fair bit for work, and as such I have started using them for my personal vehicle. Competitive rates and a good skill set to back it up. Nice that there is tea/coffee in the waiting area for while you wait.
