Two years ago, they were highly recommended to me, ironically by a lawyer.
Since then, I’ve attempted to use Cleveland Doane’s services on three separate occasions.
I’ve contacted the office by phone and also in person. In each case I stated that my issue was time sensitive or urgent. Even so, I was asked to leave a message with a receptionist.
I was always assured that an assistant would return my calls. In each instance, I had to follow up, only to be given the same false assurance. To date, no one has ever responded.
