The lawyer actioning the matter is no longer with the firm.

I can, however, speak with high regard about Susan Chang. She is a competent professional and efficient/effective in her position. She is a great communicator, prompt in her responses to inquiries and an asset to any team. I can personally attest that she goes above and beyond the requirements of her position ... she even helped me carry out file boxes from the office.
