I went to the SDRC to seek help when we were thinking about separation. Diane was very helpful and helped me get focused and to calm down so that I would be in a good position to make right decisions for myself and my family. She actually had me do her 12 week Relationship Rebuilding that was a God send. It was so good on helping me see what was going on with me and with my husband that I could take more ownership for my role in what was not going well.

I think it is so good, I have recommended that my young adult daughters consider taking it too. This program helps you become aware of things that operate in your life that can have you doing things that are not supportive of what you want to live. The relationship blueprint process in itself was very helpful in helping me understand all sorts of relationships I am in.

In the end, we have had to use a lawyer rather than a mediator but the SDRC was able to hook me up with on that they partner with so it served as a one stop shop for all the help I need while going through this major life transition. Very very helpful.
