From start to finish Russ and his crew were nothing short of awesome! We had decided to upgrade our furnace and Russ recommended one to us that has fit the bill wonderfully. His installers came in and installed our Napoleon furnace in less than a day. We had one small issue after the fact, but Russ was happy to stop by personally to rectify it the same day! And the best part..... our gas and power bills are a fraction of what they used to be!
I will happily recommend Russ and his crew to anyone that will listen. Russ really know his heating, and took very good care of us!

We had an issue with our air conditioner in a recently purchased condo unit, installed by the previous owner and missed in the home inspection. There was a relay switch missing to separate the furnace fan and the ac unit. After trying to contact the local distributor and them not being able to fix it as they don't have electricians, we contacted Citadel Mechanical. They had time available the very next day, and had it fixed less than 24 hours after calling them. They called before coming as they said they would, were polite, professional, and best of all knew what needed to be done and fixed the problem! We had great service and I would recommend giving them a call.

I had Citadel come in and install a new high efficiency furnace this winter. They were on time that morning, completed the job in one day and were very professional. The furnace works great and I've seen savings on my heat bill. I am a very satisfied customer!

Every time I asked who to call for furnace work/repairs Citadel always came to the top of the list. My first two calls to book an appt for duct cleaning resulted in no return calls or appt scheduled. On the third call after expressing these concerns they were quick to act and came right over the next day. They repaired a flame sensor on my furnace. Technician was friendly and efficient.

As for the duct cleaning the technician was 20 mins late. I know that does not seem like a big deal but in my work experience being late meant being fired. Zero tolerance. Other than the late thing the technician was friendly and respectful. He even brought a 2nd pair of shoes to wear in the house while working. Smart man.

Overall I would use them again. No issues to date with the work they performed.

Furnace stopped working over night . It was a TRANE furnace. I contacted the local Trane dealer three times, including an email to them., I allowed an hour each time for them to get back to me and they did not get back to me within the hour each time.. I called Citadel Mechanical and was told "When a Furnace goes out in the Winter time, they try to adjust work appointments right away so they can get to the non-working home furnace". Citadel told me they had two other appointments and then would come to my house within 2 hours. I said OK. 20 minutes later the phone rings and the technician is on his way. Citadel found the issue right away and my furnace was fixed in a timely fashion. Thanks to the staff at Citadel. The TRANE dealer did eventually call me. I told them they did not get back to me after three attempts to talk to a service technician, and i have someone else fixing the problem. Technician said OK and hungup. Thanks again Citadel

Russ and his crew at Citadel Mechanical in Lloydminster were a real pleasure to do business with. The staff were professional, punctual and met all targets as promised by Russ. They even had some personality to give and take some teasing from our kids. Citadel was quite creative in finding some ways to save us some money through bundling permits and were very honest when they found items that were unnecessary fixes. After all was said and done we ended up paying less than quoted. The services we had performed were addition of 2 AC units, replaced Hot Water Tank, Added to our BBQ NG line, Added Float Shut Off to existing Furnace. The AC installation required the additional of an electrical sub panel and Citadel arranged that.
