Tried to engage Chris, who I’ve voted for but likely won’t again, in conversation about the growing drug, mental health, and homeless crisis we have in the area. Not only did he not reply, he felt inclined to block me. Real leaders engage and discuss. Cowards block and ignore. It’s clear what Chris is. Am I being insulting now, yes, I also find it insulting when elected officials block people. Read more reviews, you’ll see the trend. You’ll also see responding claiming these types of reviews are from “trolls”.. which is dismissive, lazy, and in poor taste from an elected official. I’m not a troll. I’m a 46 year old longtime homeowner, taxpayer, and local business owner. I do my part for this city, you should try it, Chris.

1 star? It's more like half a star or 0 stars. Not long ago, on his FB page, Bittle had been talking a lot about the war in Palestine. He told me directly that Liberals were not funding arms to Israel. This was a bold face lie. Today, the foreign aid minister of Canada spoke about reducing arms trade deals in Canada. Also, it turns out he doesn't want to be tagged in the comments sections regarding the proof of this. A person who chooses to be argumentative online to the people he's representing is disgusting, especially when he flat out lies to us.

I just got off the phone with a representative of Mr. Bittle, who hung up on me.
In my half-century on earth, I have literally never had an MP's representative hang up on me. I was not screaming or swearing or threatening.
I am HIS constituent.
He will not be getting my vote. And he might want to rethink which people answer his phones.

I have been a strong liberal supporter in the past .the recent budget proposal to bring in the increased capital gains especially on cottage transfers is criminal. For above said reason I will NOT support liberals in next federal election....the corporations are the vulnerable group to zero in on !!!

Wrote a letter requesting an explanation, as a three-time voter and supporter, for why his party is so perfectly content to flood our country with cheap "student" labour and displace his constituents into the tent cities now lining Twelve Mile Creek.

Silence. Not even a cheap hand-wave from an underling. Will be supporting the Tory candidate next election, which makes my skin crawl, but I am increasingly desperate for real leadership. What a disgrace.
