Chelsea and her team helped with my first home purchase. They went above and beyond. They stayed past their working hours to ensure I would get my keys on the closing date (a Friday) rather then having to wait until the Monday due to unforeseen cirsumstances. save yourself the headache find someone with more experience. 3 months after purchase I HAD to request mortgage discharge. prices aren't even competitive. they're way too slow with emails or with their responses. 2 stars and 1 start for communication.

A friend and I had Chelsea's team handle our real estate paperwork, I thought all was handled well and in a timely fashion until the relationship soured between me and my friend and I attempted to leave the arrangement. At that time I realized that Chelsea's team mistakenly made us Joint tenants instead of tenants in common, the difference was not explained to me at the time but it was a very big one. Documentation was also inaccurate surrounding costs and when attempting to have this fixed I was left with zero assistance. If I had passed away after using Chelsea my real estate would have been taken from my family and given to somebody else because of their mistake. I have attempted to have conversations with Chelsea and her associates, any appointments have ended up not being met. Be very careful when dealing with this office.
