I recently closed on a three separate mortgage transactions (2 Condo closings and 1 HELOC), and I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to guide me through the process. From start to finish, Mrs. Chegini and her Team were knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly thorough.

Their attention to detail gave me full confidence that every document was accurate and every deadline was met. They communicated clearly, answered all my questions promptly, and made a potentially stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Each closing went off without a hitch, thanks to their professionalism and expertise.

She was constantly in touch with the builder and their lawyer and did her best to deal with an extension with the least amount of Penalty (she was always on our side and never gave up on us)!!!

We were referred to this law office by our realtor. We did not get a break down of the cost for services and/or and explanation of how the transaction is going to happen prior to the start of our transaction. We did communicate via email few times for documents.
When we asked for phone call with the lawyer to get an update on our file, they did accommodate how ever during our call when we asked about whether a title search or any other part of the work on our file has started, the lawyer specifically answered that no work has been started on our file yet and it will only start after they receive the mortgage instruction. The lawyer also mentioned that clients don’t ask about title search related work. After our conversation we decided to change our law office and that was before the mortgage instruction after notifying this law office of our desire to stop the work with them, we received a bill for $858.80 which was we paid even though the lawyer specifically said that no work has been started yet on our file. Overall we did not have a pleasant experience with this law office and will not be retaining their services in future.
