Passed all exams 4 years ago but still unable to get membership. Practical experience team don't even reply to my emails. So sick of bad service. They keep threatening me to pay all the time. It doesn't worth at all. Staff will get personal and treat you so bad. there is no accountability for them at all. You can't even make a complaint to anyone. SICK of them. They will mentally torture you.

There is no accountability for the staff. You will find phone numbers of staff but they are GOD father of the profession. They will never call you back. They will treat you like slaves and threaten you to keep paying them. Sick of them. I wish, rating and review system is tied to the performance appraisal of employees.

My time with CPA Ontario's Professional Education Program (PEP) was a major letdown. The workload was overwhelming, and the rules seemed to change out of the blue, leaving me stuck and frustrated. Communication from CPA Ontario was terrible, and it felt like they cared more about money than helping me succeed. I wouldn't recommend this program to anyone, especially if you're not an accounting major. If I could give negative star reviews, I would. Waste of time and money.

Just a money sucking organization which pays no value to actual education and just knows how to make money for no value addition. I didnt want to be a member in 2023 but they asked me to pay for 2023 first even though i have not been taking courses or using any services since 3 years.
If I want to remove membership in 2023 why should I be paying for full year.
I have seen CPA giving certification to people getting degrees from Other countries without giving a single exam which is unfair to so many people who claim have higher degrees and knowledge.
I highly recommend not to be a part as it adds no value to your knowledge

I am one who Must use hard copy of books to study and learn. I cant study through laptop. At first they said apply for the class. I thought that it is online class, unfortunetly after paying, they told this is self study. I asked them 3 times to please provide me hard copy, I will pay for books, no one pay attention.
Look! I am a newcommer, even dont know anything about Canada, they give me the "Canada Business Law" for self study. ?
I myself reading the book, paying to them. At the end I should pay them to ask me the questions that what I learned from the chapter.

Horrible, lazy and incompetent. Took them 5 months in processing my exemptions and they still did not.

Insisted me I pay again their transcript assessment fee, when the first time they didn't do anything. They are all about money and wasting peoples time. The transcript assessment team wont come on the phone, because they think they are very special.

Absolute nightmare to deal with these people.

Horrible service. One of my friend's long term goal is to be a CPA but this organization is letting him down from the very beginning. He paid I think 170 CAD plus for transcript evaluation of his MBA but they sent him without any exemptions. Once he objected the decision, they asked to submit the course outline. Once he did it, they said to submit the letter from university that says he was studying the same course and university syllabus hasn't changed since then . He did that too again , in series of more than 10 emails, they wasted 6 months with nothing. Either incompetent and careless or corrupt and care only about money , not students. He even provided the email addresses and phone numbers of the university admins , their website links on top of official transcripts but yet this thug organization didn't assess document but only charged assessment fee. Can't they directly call or email the university if further clarification is needed about the potential students? A stupid designation that should have no relevance anymore.
