As a business owner I don't like to give 1 star but some times it is deserved.
I hired the firm when I was selling my business and the entire process was not good at all. First they didn't meet the closing date which resulted in extra costs and business loss. Once the closing date was met, there was a lot of up and down. The process made me feel like my lawyer was not standing up for me but willing to do just about anything for the other side.
Anyways maybe they do a better job for other types of law but definitely not business.

Unfortunately there is no reply to review because what I really want to do is reply to your initial reply to Henry's review. If you actually don't recall any of his claims you must have not been the Chan law firm. You know we were not happy throughout the process and I have even said to you that I feel like you are working for the other side and willing to give them whatever they want even though you were my lawyer. It wasn't my intention to put a review but your response to his review makes him sound like he is lying and you have no idea about any of this. Which is not true

I needed to get two documents notarized for a Visa application. Mr. Chan was personable, patient, and answered all my questions as well as any concerns that I had (and I had many LOL). I left feeling very happy after my appointment, I definitely recommend this lawyer if you need any documents notarized.
