Rob made several promises that were not kept. Fees was 215% more than what I was told initially by email. When I forwarded the email back, they said they cannot honour it despite that I have given them EVERYTHING prior to getting a quote.

Dont trust this accounting firm to do your taxes/corporate taxes. They talk a big game and even Blue Alliance Group could do better than them.

They state on their website that "They should care about [our] business. We have many clients who come to us from other firms who want to feel like they’re more than the numbers. Don’t get us wrong. Your numbers are significant to us. But we will always focus on you and your business success, not just the numbers that get you there."

As a new client, I can say these are not just words. I've been working with Sandra. She's professional, knows her stuff and down to earth. I was expecting a huge tax bill, but that's because I didn't know the law like she does. Thank you for not treating me like a number, and speaking to me in a way that I understand. You've got a long-term client.

Can't praise their offices enough, have been seeing them for about 10 years, & never have been disappointed.

Staff are courtesy, prompt & professional. Only ever had one issue, & they dealt with it in the best possible manner.

I'd recommend anyone reading this to get in touch with them, money well invested with the team there.

I had my taxes done for the last 4 years with this company (Rob did them). Full of mistakes, not addressing my emails of concerns and I would NOT recommend this company whatsoever. I paid $750+HST each year for my personal taxes and all they caused me are problems with the CRA.

DONT GO TO ROB or THIS COMPANY. If I could give a 0 rating, I would!!!!!! Thanks a lot for messing up my taxes!
