Friendly, accessible, knowledgeable, helpful…..just some of the ways to describe the folks at City Hall! I’ve had to deal with billing, utilities, development services, building inspectors, and everyone has been so helpful along the way! They have made tackling projects easier, and they’ve also improved tremendously over the years with how they offer resources to the community. Keep up the good work!!!

Terrible experience dealing with Mike on the emergency line as well as Stacey in Civic Works. After piling up snow in my parking spot the man in charge Chris Hallum wouldn’t even speak with me. Stacey was his stand in and told me they would NOT clear it out. She didn’t care who I spoke to after that. I guess she doesn’t care about their reputation. Tough luck for me!
