I contacted CASPI Service Group about mold in my house. I was booked the next day (it was even a weekend!) and the process was very stress-free and fast. Caspi did a full mold removal in my basement and whole house fogging. The air quality is much better, both upstairs and downstairs. It was dealt with quickly, I am quite happy with their service and aid in getting this problem resolved so we can use our basement again. Thank you!

My tenant was complaining to me regarding the growth of mold in her basement since 2022. In the last two years I had contacted 3 different mold remediation companies in order to resolve this issue. However, the companies gave me a hard time, and they could not manage to successfully solve the mold issue. That is of course, I would be charged multiple times to redo and re evaluate the circumstance in the basement. Until earlier this month, I came across CASPI Service and they had provided to me excellent communication and a quote that was half the price that other remediation companies in the area charge. They found an actual issue. They did a great job. My tenant was super happy. CASPI Service Group had very unique and professional technology to do the job and I was very pleased with the result. They were supportive of my situation and understood my budget. I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of remediation.
