******RED FLAG******

If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Carol Allen is an incompetent and unethical lawyer. She blatantly disregards the law, court orders, and the best interest of children. Ms. Allen consistently fails to represent herself or her clients competently.
She takes on her client's case and develops personal grudges against opposing counsel, which consumes her time with harassing emails, ultimately increasing costs for her clients. If she's working for legal aid, it becomes a free-for-all. Ms. Allen has been shown to be discriminatory against lawyers she doesn't like by making false claims against them, misspelling their names, and becoming overly involved with matters. This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to this lawyer's incompetence.

Ms. Allen misuses CAS and other services, she will lie and say a society or service has "told her" something and when opposing counsels review this it is found out that Ms. Allen has lied about what was truly said, she will have her clients lie in sworn affidavits and herself will misrepresent the case in an attempt to confuse the courts. This is disgusting in of its self as there are repercussions for this by court of law. What lawyer would do this to the person(s) they're alleged to want to help?!

Ms. Allen lacks morals and ethics and has shown time and time again that she does not have the best interests of her clients, the children, or the case at hand at heart. She is concerned about her own financial gain and her personal animosity towards the opposing side/counsel.

All I can say is, "Run!" Do your research and find a reasonably competent attorney. They are out there. She is not the one, I promise you.

Never met with me or requested to meet with me. Shouldn't be allowed to practice. Destroyed mine & my special needs son's life.
