Jorge heard of my friend who was struggling with mental health issues and physical health issues and jumped at the opportunity to help someone in need. Amie and her team came in and spent 2 days cleaning and sanitizing and it is nothing short of a miracle. I couldn’t do it all for her but this amazing company with a super large heart took care of her!!!!! Look at the before and after. If you have a friend or family member that needs help hire this company!!!!

Jorge and his team did an excellent job. They provided follow up on some concerns I had in a quick manner. Jorge also went beyond when he extended the time the equipment was used after the initial job was completed. I would definetly recommend them.

I have worked with Canada's Restoration Services before on a professional basis through my previous employer, but now on a personal basis I am even more impressed with the quality of work they provide. They were quick to respond, showed up on time, and got to work right away and were so polite and courteous. They went above and beyond with their clean up. I have always admired the company for the amount of women they hire and it made a different with feeling more comfortable and safe having female workers in my home.
I strongly recommend this company to anyone seeking restoration services.

The ducting in my basement was absolutely covered with asbestos wrap. These guys did such an amazing job finding and carefully removing every last wrap so I could feel safe in my home. The price you pay is more than reasonable for the amount of work they have to do. Highly recommended!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Jorge was quick and responsive in the beginning, prior to getting paid. He had sent out someone to look through and do readings of the affected bedroom. He then emailed the scope of work and an estimate. Estimate landing at $1045 to JUST cut out the walls and to "clean" it. After the holes, he had told us the source is probably from the siding. Since he doesn't work on the siding he said he would look into recommendations for a siding repair company for us and to send us a summary. Satisfied by his promise, we squared out our bill and that was the end of it. We haven't heard from him for a week, no summary, no leads to a siding company. We ended up hiring a contractor who took a closer look at the holes and noticed the "thorough" cleaning CRS did was not very thorough. Could have just gotten a handyman to come through and rip out the walls for 1/2 the price. Left with a bedroom with walls ripped out and a grand down the drain. Thanks CRS, ridiculous.

Jorge and his team did an amazing job in my basement. Just before Christmas holidays it flooded and they quickly returned my call (no one else called me back or they did 3-4 days later due to the holidays) and the same day came to stop further damage and started drying the basement with fans etc. I handed the keys to them and didn’t have to worry at all for the next 3 months while they work with the insurance , dealt with product companies matching what I had in the basement and did all the work. Had updates constantly and whenever I needed something I was able to get hold of them over phone without problem. they even went the extra mile fixing a few details on trim in areas next to (but Not involved in) the flooding. Job was well done, fast response , his crew was very friendly and very respectful.
I would definitely recommend them for any work and hope I never have to again, but if I did, I won’t hesitate to call them back. Thanks Jorge !!

Made an appointment for a mold inspection and they never even showed up. I tried calling them multiple times as well and I got no answer. Unprofessional and wasted my time. Thought they would be a good option as they have good reviews so not sure why they didn’t show up to my appointment.

I had a flooding in my basement over Christmas season. I contacted Canada’s Restoration Services and they immediately came to my house and started assessing and preventing further damage. I basically forgot about the issue since the day they took over. They fixed everything and replaced the flooring providing me with good options that matched my house. Whenever I had a question I was able to contact them anytime even on weekends.
I’m very satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to contact them if I ever need them again.
They were very punctual, friendly and respectful. Very profesional company!
