Guy in booth could not have been more unpleasant. He made remarks that the were rude. I (passenger in RV), was told I could be fined and thrown in jail because I was HOLDING MY CELL PHONE. And apparently he felt he needed to give me a 10 minute speech on how there were signs everywhere about cell phone use and he should put me in jail, etc, etc. My experience of visiting Canada for the first time in my life (I am 66 years old), was totally ruined before I even crossed the border.

Garbage website that does a poor job of explaining admission to Canada with a DUI on your record cost me 5+ hrs of drive time. Then a grumpy and stone faced agent that could care less about anyone but herself offers zero help. No way will I be attempting to enter this hypocritical country again, even with their special waiver.

Agents here have some real mental issues. Second I crossed border they took my cell phone and went through all my personal information such as pictures, facebook, email, texts, call log, downloads, ect. Profiled me on car not being brand new and went immediately into a full blown search treating me like a criminal. I can't wait until we go to war for the Great Lakes.....
