I had been coming to Jeet and his team for years. I thought we had an established relationship and trusted him like family. I brought my own family to him in that span; hands down I used to say Jeet for taxes!!!

When my wife had moved from Ontario, I trusted that she would be in good hands as well. Jeet took her documents stated he would file on her behalf and like family, I trusted him.

I had contacted him 2-3 weeks before the deadline last year, stating he had trouble with an electronic file, we corrected it.. 1 week before the deadline he would file it in time… few days before the deadline silence…. He never filed for her. Even after touching base multiple times, never asked us to come back in for a follow up, stopped responding to calls, emails didn’t work, messages went unanswered, was no longer in the office and essentially disappeared.

Her documents were never retrieved and she was penalized by the CRA. And she lost everything for that year. I would recommend doing more diligence and ensure you have a filed receipt the day of. After everything we went through and going over it with our family we cannot say in good faith to fully trust this business any more. Be cautious about who you are trusting with your money.

You get what you pay for! I did my taxes with them and there were no issues at first. I got a letter from CRA saying spousal income from other country is not mentioned even though i disclosed that to them and i have to update that to get my credits. Called, messaged and emailed them multiple times but no response over a month. I had issues with my previous years gst filings and they said they will help, no response on that too after i left their office. I don’t expect them to work on my previous returns which had a problem but they dont reply to fix the issues for the fillings they charged me for as well. Its better to work with a reputed company who would charge extra but at-least file your taxes properly and give good service.

Absolutely horrendous service. No accountability at all. You can't call them to reach them. They will make you miss your deadlines and pay heavy fines to the government. I got completely screwed with my taxes trusting these people multiple times and believing their lies over and over again. Don't give them a chance. I tried many times to reach them to pay fees and start on my file but they fell to deaf ears. They are a very casual bunch of people not suited for any serious business. Try setting up a lemonade stand seriously and learn business first.

Go to a real tax office. Maybe a corporate office somewhere people are accountable for accounting.
