Bad experience dealing with these guys. They had an ownership change in Dec 2021/Q1'2022 and I had become a client with them right before and they dropped the ball on my 2022 taxes. The new ownership never reached out to me for my 2022 business and personal filings and I had to reach out to them to get it done. Talked to Narindar and he assured it will be done without any issues.

They filed it improperly and I keep getting notice of reassessment from CRA and I keep reaching out to CTC and Sarah (who filed my retures) to see what's going on with my 2022 filings and I don't get any response, tried calling them a few times to pull everything they submitted on my behalf for 2022 and no response either.

At this point I'm fed up and dealing with the repercussions.

New ownership is terrible. I would find someone else for your tax dealings.
