Great lab with very kind employees. If you book an appointment or just show up the wait is not very long. I have had several blood tests and have brought my family in as well and I am 100% happy with this lab.

Went on a Saturday, service was quick, lady drawing blood was great but I initially did a walk in and was told Appointment only on Saturday, which is fine.

I asked about openings and was told by the guy behind the counter quite adamantly that I couldn't book same day appointments in person or online. So I left defeated but decided to check.. Low and behold there is no such rule.. Not sure if there was a miscommunication but he was adamant they would not allow same day appointments. So I showed back up with an appointment 1 hour later no problem. He seemed frazzled, was a weird interaction but just a heads up if they try to tell you the same it is not accurate.

I have been to this lab twice and have had great experiences both times. My first visit there was approximately 18 months ago.

Today was my second time at this lab and although we did have an appointment, there was virtually no wait time.
My daughter was nervous about having blood taken as it was her first time. Leah was the technician who took my daughter and she was EXCELLENT with her, explaining the process and taking to her while she took blood. Leah quickly identified that my daughter was feeling faint, nauseous and pale after the procedure.
She took great care of my daughter and spent a lot of time with her, making sure she was doing okay.
Thank you Leah, for for kindness and your extra care and concern while performing your job today !

Honestly saw tons of bad reviews on here so I did not have high hopes going in. However, I booked an appointment online, and was in and out in 15 mins! Everyone was so kind to from the check in, to the actual blood draw! Super pain free and easy experience!

Calling the number listed for the Cochrane location is not Cochrane rather it is a call center. The call center staff does not seem to be able to connect me with the Cochrane lab facility. Frustrating.

They used to be better but the last time I went for blood work, the lady taking my blood was so rude and had the worst bedside manner! My veins are small but she blamed me for that by saying I have bad veins and that my blood flow is so slow as if she was annoyed! That’s your job!! Nobody else has ever complained or been so negative to me here and it was very discouraging. I feel like it’s worth the drive to go to Calgary for next blood work!!

Website said you could reserve a spot in line, so reserved and given notice to expect 10:20 am. Arrived was told the wait would be another hour and a half, which was the same wait time given before I made the line up reservation. So, in actuality, you cannot make a reservation in line. Rather than wait 1.5 hours, I made an appointment for 2:20 pm and waited until 2:43 pm . Gerald was helpful.
