I was falsely accused of something I did not do by my ex spouse. Unfortunately people use the criminal justice system way too often to attempt to gain possessions, custody etc and bypass the family court in order to quickly get the upper hand without it costing them a dime. I needed a good lawyer. And I cannot thank Nick and his team at CCD enough for their efforts, support and communication at every step. I was able to achieve the best possible outcome for my case. Charge withdrawn ! If you find yourself in a similar situation, first be respectful of police, they are only doing their job. But say nothing to them.
