Tim Byron has assisted me with a very complex and convoluted action that has spanned more than thirty years. He took the time to really understand the chronology of the case, complexities of the people involved and needs of myself and my company going forward. Tim has been professional, informative and wise. I cannot give higher praise for the work he has done and the way that he has treated me and my family.

This is an update of my ongoing experience with Byron and Company. It is now two years later and this case, that has spanned over three and a half decades, is now wrapping up. Tim Byron has been involved for only the last four years or so, and in the beginning one of the biggest fears was that the court would deem the debt defunct because so much time had elapsed. Tim fought against the stale dated argument and he won for us. This in itself was a miraculous event.

I am not the only person who has had the misfortune of being owed money by the same person, and I have been contacted by the other complainants looking for assistance getting their case into court. Tim has been the only lawyer to put a debt issue against this fellow before the court for a resolution, and the court's response to Tim’s narratives have been very favourable. He questioned one witness before the judge for hours and it was his skillful probing that painted a very clear picture for the justice of what had really taken place and the deception that had been perpetrated against me and my family over time. He showed how we had been manipulated and lied to for years, and the other claimants wanted to show how they had also been manipulated and lied to.

I am sure that this is an unusual thing to say about a lawyer but, I am going to be so happy to pay Byron and Company because of the value I received from them. I was getting nothing and they turned it right around. I now feel I have settled this once and for all in my favour.

Wrong address listed... in the wrong city.

Called, made appointment, drove to listed location and waited... looked for office and called to confirm address... apparently they are located in Edmonton... not Fort McMurray.
