Called and left a message. Received a call back really quickly, hence the 2 stars. The woman was super polite and friendly to begin with, but does not in any way listen to what you are saying. She had an alarm going off and I asked if she needed to get that, and she told me she has an xray and assured me we have lots of time. That was all very nice.

Next she went on and on about the process, again—somewhat helpful—but you could not get a word in as she talks louder and speaks over you.

ALL I wanted to know is when I would be able to receive an ESTIMATE on the total cost. That’s it.

Again, zero listening, all loud talking and running through a process again over and over like I’m a petulant child.

Finally, I got to ask her again when I could get an estimate and I was told “the beginning of June,” and “it’s month end, and we are so crazy, and there’s no way I can get to your file, and it won’t be until the beginning of June, and we have so many other files, it’s month end, it’s month end, I have to do searches. I have to search for property taxes and titles and there’s a lot that goes into your file and it’s month end,” and on and on. And on.

It’s a LOT. Its aggressive. It’s actually demeaning.

All I wanted to know was if she would kindly provide me with a time range, like the 5-10 (I even said this) so I may be respectful to all other professionals involved on my end and ensure I let them know their time line too.

But, off she goes again, her month end. Her process. How busy she is.

I fully believe this woman is efficient, and knows what she is doing, but we were not a fit—she does not listen to what the customers needs are.

I did let her know this—not any of the review, just that I was going to end the conversation and wish her well on her xray, and she was very aggressive to know what was going on.

Anyways—even after she asked (demanded) and I tried to tell her this was all I needed, I honestly know she is busy and I don’t in any way feel I am more important than anyone else, I was just hoping for a date range because “beginning of the month means very different things to people, (again she spoke loudly and over me) she rudely told me “sorry you feel that way, I never once said you thought you were more important”. Again—zero listening skills. Zero. Defensive, bossy, arrogant, and it really too bad.

Anyways—a waste of time for both her and I, but if she would have just closed her loud bark for 15 seconds, I wouldn’t be here writing a review and we could have moved on easily. Yikes.

Don’t recommend. I hired based off these reviews and it was a waste of time and money. I can’t remember my retainer but it was a couple thousand. He didn’t do anything for my case. I did all the work. Didn’t show up court like promised, would cancel the day before. Had phone appointments that he wasn't available for when I called even though I booked a month ahead. Would not return calls or emails. Got a different lawyer and and didn’t even get any of my retainer back. Gave some bad advice.
