Worked with Richard H. Richard is a very nice individual and felt welcomed. Worked with him on our Sell Transaction and as well as the Buy Transaction. Both times were delayed a day or 2. Did not close on time. Didn't feel prioritized. Over all not happy with the experience. Hard to get a hold of Richard at times or even someone at the firm. 2 stars because it eventually got done.

We just bought our first house (which should be very exciting). We had Richard as our lawyer. There were delays and the day of closing was pushed a day. The delays were the law firms fault and we were told we'd be compensated. The day of closing Richard was very hard to get a hold of. Now I am trying to get my tax payments set up and I can't get a hold of anyone and the town hasn't received the deed to the house!! They haven't sent us any paperwork and our house closed over a month ago. it's extremely unprofessional and the lack of communication with the law firm is terrible. I will not be using them for future legal services.

Richard does not answer calls, or emails. We are passed around from person to person without anyone ever getting us an answer. We are not going on 4 months of waiting for a solution to an ongoing case with the sale of our recent home. We are thoroughly disappointed and frustrated.
